Easy 90 Days Returns
If you find you want to return your goods for a refund all you have to do is follow the instruction below to print out a prepaid label and return to us.
Return postage will be charged at £2.95 for orders which the customer wants to return for refund. The postal charge of £2.95 will be deducted from the refund of your order.
UK Returns for Refund

1. Email us at email@example.com detailing your ORDER NUMBER and with the details of the products you would like to exchange with.
2. We will book the products in ready for exchange. (This is so the products don't sell out while you are posting the exchange back to us.)
3. Once we have confirmed the product is available for exchange, fill in your details and print your returns label here http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/878
4. Return the package to any post office.
How long will my exchange take? Postage returned to us is 48hr, when we receive the package we will then send out the same day on a 48hr delivery service.
Note: Please make sure you have a postage receipt for any returns. If the goods are lost in the post we cannot give a refund or exchange, and accept no responsibility for the loss.
Non UK Returns & Exchanges
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will give you instructions on how to return for refund or exchange.
The customer has the right to cancel their order for a full refund within 90 days. This cancellation period starts the day after receiving the goods.
All returns and exchanges must be unused and be in a re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds on goods which are used and may not offer suitable performance for hair type or colour. We recommend purchasing or obtaining free samples of products before the customer buys the larger sized product.
We will honor refunds and exchanges for electrical goods which develop faults if used.
Rarely orders can go missing in the post. If an order does go missing, we need the customer to confirm in writing they will assist us in a claim from the courier before any refund is issued. The courier will open an investigation, and track the delivery driver using GPS to locate where the package was delivered. The courier will also contact you. Investigations can take up to 7 working days. After the 7-day period if the goods can’t be located we will issue a full refund.
Promotional Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers offered free with a product can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Acceptance of order & sale of goods
We will accept order confirmation the day after the goods are received by the customer. If a product is priced incorrectly via our website or any other publication we reserve the right to withdraw the offer before the goods are shipped. However, in most cases we would still honor the listed price if we have made a slight error with price
